Tech Mods — Quick Reference

The pack’s two automation ecosystems and their satellites. Tutorials: Getting Started with Create, and Mekanism: Dirt to Jetpack.

The Create ecosystem

Create — mechanical automation you can see: rotational power through shafts, cogs and belts driving presses, saws, fans, trains, and steam engines. Its in-game Ponder system (hold W on any Create item) is the best mod documentation in Minecraft. → createmod.net (official) · community wiki

Create Crafts & Additions — bridges Create’s rotation into electricity (alternators, motors, accumulators) so Create and Mekanism can power each other. → CurseForge

Create Enchantment Industry — liquid-XP enchanting automation: automate disenchanting, enchanting, and XP storage. Pairs absurdly well with Apotheosis gear farming. → CurseForge

Create: Slice & Dice — automates Farmer’s Delight cooking with Create machinery. → CurseForge

Create satellitesInteriors (seats and furniture blocks), Create Food (more processed foods), Mechanical Companion (a buildable helper mob), and the Alex’s Caves compat recipes. Small additions; JEI shows their content under @create.

The Mekanism ecosystem

Mekanism — the industrial path: GUIs, cables, ore multiplication up to 5×, the programmable Digital Miner, jetpacks, and the endgame MekaSuit. Linear, deep, and enormously rewarding. → Official wiki (by the mod author — the definitive reference)

Mekanism Generators / Additions / Tools / Weapons — the official modules: power generation (wind, solar, fission/fusion), balloons and extras, tool sets, and guns. Same wiki covers them. → Mekanism Generators

Builder’s power tools

Building Gadgets — handheld building/copy-paste tools: place walls in one click, copy structures, exchange blocks in place. Not automation, but the fastest way to build big. → CurseForge
